Porch Highland Cow — Witch
She sits about eight inches tall in a pointed witch hat with a crescent moon on the band, a matching cape and a little pumpkin clasp at her throat. Printed here in Wentzville in five separate colours — the ginger coat, cream horns and muzzle, deep purple hat and cape, orange band and dark hooves are all different filament, not paint that chips off in the weather.
Straight answer on the difference: PLA softens in a hot car and goes brittle after a long spell in direct sun, so indoors or under a roof it lasts for years and in full afternoon sun it will not. PETG handles heat and UV far better and is what we would put on an open step. Neither is stone — nothing printed is — but the PETG one is built to stay out.

Printed, not painted
Five colours of filament, each one its own part of the model. The purple of the hat is purple all the way through. Nothing to chip, scuff off in the rain, or go patchy in the sun the way a painted resin figure does.
Why a Highland cow
Because a fluffy ginger coo in a witch hat is a sight that stops people on the path, and because every third porch has a plastic skeleton. Highland cows are having a moment and nobody local is printing one.

This is a first run to find out whether anyone wants one. Each takes about a day on the printer, so 50 is a real ceiling rather than a marketing one — and if the reservations do not come in, we will not print it. You are telling us whether to build it, not buying something off a shelf.
