The fine print, in plain English

Policies & terms

Orders & payment

Quotes are sent within one business day and are good for 14 days. Nothing is printed and nothing is owed until you approve your quote. Custom work has a $20 minimum. Payment is due at pickup or delivery for local orders, or before shipping for shipped orders. We accept cards, PayPal, Venmo, and cash in person.

Turnaround

Typical timelines: shelf items and small customs in 3 to 7 days, party packs in about two weeks, business jobs 2 to 5 days after approval. These are honest estimates, not guarantees. If your job hits a snag (failed print, material delay), we tell you right away and make it right. Rush options are available on request for a fee we'll quote up front.

Shipping & pickup

Local pickup in Wentzville costs nothing; we confirm the location and a time window with each order. Shipped orders go USPS with tracking at standard retail rates. Once a package is with the carrier, delays are the carrier's, but if something arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint it.

Returns & replacements

Custom and personalized items can't be restocked, so they aren't returnable. What we promise instead: if a print fails from a manufacturing defect in normal use within 30 days, we replace it at no charge. If we got your order wrong (wrong name, wrong color from what was approved), we reprint it, full stop. Shelf items bought at a market can be exchanged within 14 days if unused.

Design rights & what we won't print

When you submit a design, file, or link, you're telling us that you own it or have the right to have it printed, and you accept responsibility for that claim. We check what we can: we review design licenses before quoting, we pay commercial licenses for the designs we sell, and we credit artists by name.

We do not print trademarked or copyrighted characters, logos, or branded designs without authorization from the rights holder. We also decline weapons and weapon parts, anything safety-critical or load-bearing where failure could injure someone, food-contact items we haven't reviewed, and anything we're just not comfortable making. We reserve the right to refuse any job, and we'll tell you why.

Models carrying non-commercial licenses: where a designer's license doesn't allow paid printing, we'll ask the designer for permission, help you find a licensed alternative, or pass on the job.

Your files & privacy

Files, photos, and ideas you send are used for one thing: producing your parts. We don't share them, sell them, print extra copies, or reuse them for other customers. Business files are deleted on request, and NDAs are available before you share anything sensitive. Your contact info is used for your order and, only if you joined the list, our occasional email. Unsubscribe anytime.

Material honesty

3D printed parts are strong, but they're plastic made in layers. They're not injection-molded, they don't love extreme heat, and printed replacement parts are meant for light-duty use. If a job needs more than printing can honestly deliver, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can help.
